About the Project
Most of my college experience has been spent working for the University’s Transportation Services. I’ve developed strong customer service skills by assisting frustrated customers and helping resolve their concerns. My day-to-day responsibilities include answering phone calls, processing in-office payments, laminating materials, and working on projects using programs such as Adobe InDesign and Canva. I’ve also had the opportunity to table at orientation events, sometimes speaking with more than 100 prospective students and families in an hour. Most recently, I was “promoted” to be the designated flyer creator for the office, designing everything from fun Friday posters to official handout cards like this.
